We craft our products in our Charlotte, North Carolina, workshop. We source materials from all over the Southeast. Deconstructing these materials often requires both power and hand tools. To create some of our finished products, we also utilize smart electronic cutting machines and 3D laser printers.

Free Quote

Before scheduling a basic pickup - Photos of items item must be sent in advance to admin@brotherjohnhandcraft.com.

A quote includes the following

  1. Preliminary review of the item(s) to determine feasibility of upcycle.

  2. Proposed quote for items that can be “harvested” from the item(s) to be upcycled.

    NOTE: A final quote will be given at pick up.

  3. Basic Pick Up scheduled

This fee is for the removal of items listed in a FINAL QUOTE given by brother john handcraft.

Note: 25 mile radius of Charlotte, NC (only).

Custom Items

Custom Items range in price due to size and finishes. We take great effort to ensure that original details from original materials are maintained but cannot guarantee that all detailing can be salvaged after processing due to age and wear of the piece.

As all items are handcrafted, we cannot guarantee multiples will look exactly the same.

Pricing will be communicated in writing to the customer before work begins (invoices will be sent and must be paid before work begins).

  • 100% payment is required in advance for ANY CUSTOMIZED work. (e.g. monogramming or quotes)

  • 50% payment is required in advance for non-customized work

NOTE: Any wood not used in the final order will be retained by brother john handcraft and can be used for other projects at no compensation to the original owner.
