Custom Items range in price due to size and finishes. We take great effort to ensure that original details from original materials are maintained but cannot guarantee that all detailing can be salvaged after processing due to age and wear of the piece.

As all items are handcrafted, we cannot guarantee multiples will look exactly the same.

Pricing will be communicated in writing to the customer before work begins (invoices will be sent and must be paid before work begins).

  • 100% payment is required in advance for ANY CUSTOMIZED work. (e.g. monogramming or quotes)

  • 50% payment is required in advance for non-customized work

NOTE: Any wood not used in the final order will be retained by brother john handcraft and can be used for other projects at no compensation to the original owner.
